CYLINDER PORTING

We have been in this business for a long time and we have over 20 years of experience developing and modifying motors.   Doesn't matter what you have, old or new.  Though we usually are busy doing the newer 600 and 800cc motors, we have a lot of experience going way back to the old triple cylinder motors too.  Ski Doo, Arctic Cat, Polaris, or Yamaha, we have done them all.  Vintage motors, no problem too.

We port the cylinders in house by engine builder Erich Long.  And then Jeff Schoenfelder will modify your heads or machine you a billet version with our in house CNC's.  Whether you want a powerful mountain machine, torquey trail sled, big bore, or a all out race motor, we have the experience and technology to make it happen! 

Arctic cat F5, F6, F7, F8, zr800, 8000 twin, 8000dsi twin, zr 900, 1000 twin, 1000 triple, zrt 600, zrt 800.  Done them all.

Ski Doo carb 600, 700, Ptek 800, etec 800, etec 850. 

Polaris, xc500's,  600, 700, 800 big block, 800VES, IQ 600, 700, Dragon 800, Pro 800, Axys 800, and all the way back to indy 400, 500, 650, XLT 600, Storm 750, 800, XCR800

Yamaha SRX 700 triple, Viper 700, Vmax 700.

Plus we have made many of those motors into big bores too.  

These are all the common ones we have experience with.  So if you want more power, send us your cylinders with the exhaust valves for the porting job you want to get your motor cranking out the power! 

Standard porting includes reshaping and resizing the exhaust ports, plus adjusting port timing.  The port timing of all transfer ports is straightened and retimed to optimize power.  Inner webs are narrowed to increase flow.  The exhaust valves are modified when supplied. 

Our porting is much more than just a clean up job, its a real porting job to increase horsepower of your motor. 

Porting $325 per cylinder

Race Porting  $350-400 per cylinder in most cases.  Call for details. 

Crankcase Porting for Race motors and big bores $250 for twins, $350 for triples.
