We bore out the cylinder, do a full porting job too it, and have it renicasil plated. We add our Billet Head kit for improved cooling and performance. The exhaust valve is modified, and we are even working on an aluminum lightweight version. The kit comes with the larger 90.5mm forged piston, gasket's and o-rings. We have these kits for both low and high elevations.

The other components we recommend is the power commander fuel controller, 2.5 degree offset timing key, our higher rpm pipe mod to the stock pipe, and Boyesen reed valve.

Send in your stock cylinder and exhaust valve for the big bore. Please make sure your cylinder studs, dowels, and the exhaust valve guillotine is removed. Otherwise there is a $60 removal fee. If either is damaged while removal, new ones will need to be purchased.
