STAGE 3 AXYS 800 MOUNTAIN PERFORMER KIT, STAINLESS STEEL

Our STAGE 3 MOUNTAIN SERIES PERFORMANCE KIT really cranks out the power on the Axys 800 motor adding 17-18+ horsepower over stock with very nice torque gains as well, +8 tq!  The polished stainless steel appearance is premium.   The power band is 8250-8450 rpms at wide open. 

Our pipe is the only aftermarket snowmobile pipe on the market to use 3D tooling which allows us to make the pipe with no cross cuts and welds.  There is only the welds on the seams between the top and bottom.  All of the curves of the pipe are built right into the pipe stamping.  This makes the pipe a premium design.  And the 16 gauge stainless steel won't rust and looks great!!

We use a Powercommander fuel controller to optimize fuel delivery for the extra power.  The reason our pipe requires a power commander is because it makes more power than any other pipe on the market.  We won the Dynotech Shootout for the highest horsepower pipe, beating all competitors! 

This performance kits comes with our lightweight muffler, which is 14 lbs lighter than the stock suitcase!  Our muffler is all stainless steel with a dual internal baffle to have a nice deep rumble without being too loud.  Trail friendly!

You can also upgrade to our super light TITANIUM MUFFLER, which is 17 lbs lighter than stock!  Same design and fitment, simply the lightest muffler for your machine.  The titanium mufflers are also polished for a great look.  The Titanium mufflers turn cool colors of purple and blue in the hotter spots of the muffler too. 

The Pro-Cool Billet Head kit is a key factor to adding some serious horsepower to your 800!!  The mountain series head gets you back a lot of the power that you lose as higher elevations.  The improved combustion chamber design makes much more torque, instant power and throttle response!  Plus it has better cooling.   If you have a 2016-2017 model you can upgrade to the 2018-19 head cover which runs the cooler 100 degree thermostat.
