660 BIG BORE KIT FOR POLARIS 600

The Polaris 600 is a heck of a motor, and it has a ton of potential!  The 660 kit makes 145-149 hp when paired with our pipe mod, v force reeds, and a power commander.  We bore the cylinders out, port them, re-nikasil the plating, modify the exhaust valves, and machine the head. This kit is extremely reliable, powerful, and fun!  

The motor makes peak power from 8200-8500 rpm, nice and broad and easy to tune.  We have the fuel mapping and clutching all dialed in.  Just send us your cylinders, head, exhaust valves, and your pipe if you want the pipe mod too.

PLEASE REMOVE ALL HARDWARE FROM CYLINDERS PRIOR TO SENDING THEM IN OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY

CYLINDER CORE EXCHANGE CHARGES: 

-YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 FOR EACH CYLINDER LOCATING DOWEL YOU LEAVE IN THE BOTTOM OF YOUR CYLINDER.

-CYLINDER DOWELS WILL NOT BE RETURNED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY WILL MOST LIKELY BE SEIZED INTO THE CYLINDER AND BE DAMAGED IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING THEM

-YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $25 FOR ANY POWER VALVE HARDWARE LEFT IN THE CYLINDER

-YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $5 FOR EACH EXHAUST/FUEL RAIL STUD LEFT IN THE CYLINDER

EXHAUST VALVES SHOULD BE REMOVED AND PACKAGED SECURELY WITH CYLINDERS FOR MODIFICATION
