Our 900 Big Bore Kit has been cranking out some serious power for several years now. It makes very impressive power and wicked torque. The powerband is broad and it's a blast to drive!! With the use of the Jaws Big Bore pipe, Boyesen reeds, a 2.5 degree timing key, and a power commander, this kit will crank out 190+ hp and over 120 lb/ft of torque on premium pump gas!! We have this kit dialed in for both low and high elevations. Can be used with the stock muffler or we also offer lightweight mufflers.
We big bore out the cylinders to 90.5 mm, do a full porting job to them, and then re-nicasil plated. We utilize our Billet Head Kit for increased cooling and improved combustion chamber design. We also have produced aluminum exhaust valves, which are included in the kit. The pistons are forged and Teflon coated.
The TO THE MAX kit includes: Boring, Porting, Plating, Pistons, Billet Head Cover, Billet domes, Hardcoat anodized exhaust valves, Gaskets, and O-rings. Then you also get the Jaws Big Bore Pipe and Y pipe, SSI Big Bore Muffler, SSI Pro-Shift Clutch Kit, Boyesen Reed Valves, Power Commander fuel controller, and 2.5 timing key.
The standard pipe is black and you can upgrade to the Ceramic Coated Silver for $150 more.
The standard muffler is Stainless and you can upgrade to Titanium for $220 more.
