The Patriot 850 motor is a fun package, but there was plenty left on the table.  The stock porting was relatively mild, and there was plenty of room to bore the stock cylinder out.  Bring you sled to life with our 909 cc big bore kit!! 

The combination of the larger bore, improved porting, and our billet head produces one awesome kit.  Our billet head has improved cooling, and improved power for your elevation.  We offer this kit for both low and mountain elevations.  The mountain series version has a higher compression ratio for extra power.  All kits will run on 91 octane premium fuel. 

For best results we run the SPI y pipe, and our Big Bore Pipe mod.  For fueling we can reflash the stock ecu or a powercommander can be used as well.  Most people will choose to run with one of our mufflers, but stock mufflers work as well. 

You can expect to see about a 25-30 horsepower gain with this kit with the single pipe, with awesome torque gains and wicked throttle response.   Keep in mind the Mountain Series version will make about 4-5 more horsepower because of the use of the high elevation domes in the billet head which have the correct higher compression.   

Testing is in the works with the Jaws twin pipes as well for the RMK models.  We are expecting to see about a 35-40hp total gain along with the twin pipes. 

If you are looking to build a racing motor, we can do that too.  The 909cc size is intentionally sized to be legal for the 900 class racing rules.  If you want to build a racing package, please call us for details. 

Kit includes: Boring, Porting, Nicasil Plating, Modify Exhaust Valves, Billet Head cover, Billet Domes, Forged Pistons, Rings, Wristpins, and C-Clips.  The awesome Wiseco pistons used are hard coat anodized, and Teflon coated. 

Send in your stock cylinder and exhaust valves to get this kit done.  We do have some exchange cylinders available as well.

PLEASE REMOVE ALL HARDWARE FROM CYLINDERS PRIOR TO SENDING THEM IN OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY

CYLINDER CORE EXCHANGE CHARGES: 

-YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 FOR EACH CYLINDER LOCATING DOWEL YOU LEAVE IN THE BOTTOM OF YOUR CYLINDER.

-CYLINDER DOWELS WILL NOT BE RETURNED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY WILL MOST LIKELY BE SEIZED INTO THE CYLINDER AND BE DAMAGED IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING THEM

-YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $25 FOR ANY POWER VALVE HARDWARE LEFT IN THE CYLINDER

-YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $5 FOR EACH EXHAUST/FUEL RAIL STUD LEFT IN THE CYLINDER

EXHAUST VALVES SHOULD BE REMOVED AND PACKAGED SECURELY WITH CYLINDERS FOR MODIFICATION
