The stock Arctic Cat Aluminum gear has been plagued with problems. They wear out prematurely and produce a large amount of metal shavings in the oil which eventually takes out the chain. We have the FIX for the ALUMINUM GEAR PROBLEM!

Our BDX version Gear is only .5 lb heavier than the stock aluminum gear and it's a whole pound lighter than a OEM style steel gear! We have engineered our BDX gear to be very strong and yet very lightweight.

These gears fit all Arctic Cat models 2016-2020. The 50 tooth Hyvo bottom gear is what comes on all the the mountain 800 and 600 cc models 2016 and newer.
