For 2016 Arctic Cat started using the Team built clutches. SSI has developed new springs, PRO-MAG adjustable weight and custom machined PRO-SHIFT helixes. The weights are adjustable from 16-20 grams per arm, depending on the model and the helixes have a full progressive multi angle to them. The flat land clutch kits are designed to produce a much faster acceleration, with lightning quick back shifting. The top end pull is great strong in deep snow and on hard pack. The high altitude mountain clutch kit are designed to run in the deep powder providing quicker back shifting and throttle response that you need in the steep and deep. Track speed is increased with efficiency and belt temps are reduced.
