800 STAGE 1 KIT 2012-2017

If you are looking for some easy power for your 800, this simple kits makes power!   We get the power to the ground with our SPEED SHOP INC Pro-Shift Clutch kit.   Producing a 14-15 hp gain with the JAWS BIG SHARK Pipe, Y pipe, optional SSI Muffler, 2.5 degree timing key, and Power commander fuel controller.  

The pipe drops 4-5 lbs of weight.  The stainless muffler drops 15 lbs of weight and our Titanium muffler will drop 17 lbs of weight!!  So you will shed 20-22 lbs of weight with this kit too!!!  Our mufflers are trail friendly and pass the 88db test.  A nice amount of rumble without being obnoxious. to add the muffler to your kit CLICK HERE

This is an awesome kit for mountain riding in deep snow and back country riding and also trail riding!  The clutch kit has instant throttle response and great track speed in deep snow and on the trails, and really put the power to the ground !  This kit really brings the 800 to life!  SSI clutch kits come with our custom machined helix, both primary, secondary spring, and Pro-Mag adjustable weights.  Though the weights are adjustable they come with our setup sheet, all dialed in. 

The power commander comes pre-programmed with our map, just plug it in. 

This kit has several options for year of machine for clutching and ceramic coating for the expansion chamber, be sure to select the correct options in the menu before ordering!
